Our rates do not include:
• The fuel.
° The consequences of breaches of the Highway Code, including tickets issued in case parking illegally.
. These rates are valid in France according to the availability of vehicles in the agencies UCAR LOCATION.
. Our prices are subject to general and special conditions of leases UCAR LOCATION.
. The prices and VAT rates can be changed without notice.

2 - Insurance

The leased vehicle is insured:
· In civil liability and off the road, minus the deductible.
· In flight minus the deductible of the vehicle category in the contract.
· In fire and damage body resulting from a loss with a deductible contract if there is no loss charge or designated third party.

Be carraful, is exclused :
· Damage caused to the upper and lower (below) of the vehicle, damage caused to the vehicle, particularly because of burns.
· Damages caused to tires and mirrors not resulting from a disaster.
· Damage below the deductible.
· The repairs and repatriation costs are borne by the tenant when the liability is incurred.
· Damage to the vehicle are not insured when driving while intoxicated.

3 - Requirements

· Driver of at least 21 years, driving with more than one year of validity (except categories E, F, 6: more than 25 years and over 5 years of license).
· Payment of a deposit by check or credit card equal to the amount of the theft contracted.
· Prepayment of the estimates of the rental.

4 - Documents required (same name, same address)

For an individual:
· Cheque or credit card.
· Parts ID.
· Driver's license.
Grounds for recent home and last two pay slips.
• The deposit must be paid by the tenant signing the contract.

For a society :
· Cheque for the deposit.
· Good Order dated and signed indicating the (s) conductor (s) plan (s).
Preview · K-bis of less than three months.
· Driving license or the drivers designated by the company.

5 - Return - abandonment

. These rates apply only return the agency to start. Dropping out and returning the vehicle to another agency are strictly prohibited.
. Any repatriation will be borne by the tenant.
. The return of the vehicle must be done during business hours of the agency.
. Any vehicle returned outside office hours remain the responsibility of the tenant.
. The minimum rental period is 24 hours (except costs half day for vans).
. A franchise is granted additional 59 minutes. Beyond this, an extra day will be charged.
. Any additional fuel will be charged at prevailing prices at UCAR LOCATION upon return of the vehicle..

6 - Territorial validity

It is strictly forbidden to leave the vehicle outside the European Union.
